RSB Wellness hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Any order can be partially or fully cancelled by you within FOUR hours of placing the order. Beyond a period of 4 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. The amount paid by you would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 working days.
ORDER WAS DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED
We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of order by calling us on +91-8291818381. Please note that all replacement/refund will be initiated only after reviewing the product.
ANY OTHER REASONS FOR CANCELLATION OR RETURN WOULD BE HANDLED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS
Following shall not be eligible for return or replacement
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing seal
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
Damaged Goods policy
- We take utmost care to make sure that all products reach you in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged good, report it to customer service within 24 hours from the day of receipt through email at contact@rsbwellness.com with a picture attached. Or you can call us on +91-8291818381.
- You will have to courier us the returning of the damaged product
- Ensure that the product is handed back in the original packaging and all accessories including the manufacturer’s packaging, if any, is returned
- All replacements/ refunds will be initiated after reviewing the damage.
Cancellation of order
www.rsbwellness.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where RSB Wellness is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the RSB Wellness policy or for any other reason. However, RSB Wellness will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time.
Cancellation policy
- Once an order is placed, it can be cancelled within 4 hours.
- Log in to your account on www.rsbwellness.com
- Go to the ‘My Orders’ Tab
- View ‘Orders’
- Select the product/order that you want to cancel
- Select the cancel link
- Beyond 4 hours, the order cannot be cancelled or exchanged
- Once the cancellation goes through, the entire amount after deducting 2% processing charge, will be refunded to the credit or debit card account used for transaction. This will be done within 6-7 days.
Refund Policy for Services Taken at RSB:
- Deal once sold cannot be exchanged or returned
- Refund for services is not allowed but under special circumstances - we can offer a refund
- Refund request against your service/advances or package should be bought under our notice within 48 hour of payment made by you
- Post 48 hours no refund can be made, but the advance amount can be transferred against your friends or family taking service at RSB Wellness or the amount can be settled against a product purchase through RSB Wellness
- Under special circumstances the refund can be entertained if requested within 30 days of making payment. In these circumstances the statutory taxes / government charges / other deductibles as applicable by law will be deducted from the advance amount
- RSB Wellness is not liable for any loss or damage to any personal belonging and reaction to skin and hair
- Offers/ Packages need to be redeemed within stipulated duration of time or they hold expire by default
