As the CEO my responsibility is to take care of all the facets of the business. It has not been a very easy ride for us. I guess we are one of those who have met challenges by nature beyond our control yet we have come out with flying colors. From demonetization to pandemic we have seen it all and I must say my team and my customers have been the biggest asset and pillar for the clinic. The clinic has always maintained a positive, customer-centric approach. Our signature Centre is located at Bandra-West, the heart of Mumbai, and we are delighted to announce that in the year 2019 we opened another centre at Thane, Mumbai. The most important aspect to be in the aesthetic industry is to evolve in the ever-changing industry. Aesthetic nowadays is not just about looking good, it is also about feeling confident of the age. Nowadays the people who opt for treatments vary from 25 to 65 years of age. This itself proves how inclined people are, to look good and feel good. The real challenge that comes is to customize treatments and procedures to suit the individual requirements and we are glad to have excelled at that with an efficient team. In the past four years, the number of clients has gone up and the most rewarding part is the very satisfying client loyalty. It is because of our clients that we could enter into the cosmeceuticals industry. It was our clients who demanded products under the RSB brand because of the trust they have in us. Finally, in the year 2019, we launched RSB Wellness product line in Skin and Hair Care, another milestone achieved at a young age! The journey till now has been adventurous and fulfilling and I'm looking forward to many more years where we achieve greater heights.
